Our little Dawson is now eight months old. I can hardly believe my little baby is 2/3 of the way to his first birthday! I really want the time to slow down because I know before long he'll be crawling, walking, and running.
His newest habit (as of this morning) is gritting his teeth. Up until this past weekend he only had two teeth on the bottom. He now has one of his upper center teeth. This morning after I finished nursing him I heard the joyous and pleasant sound of teeth gritting. Since Peyton was lying down on Jason's side of the bed behind me, I thought maybe it was him. Nope. It was my littlest man rubbing his three teeth together. Who would have thought such a sound could be produced with only three teeth, one of which is only just beginning to descend?
I'm now wondering what it will sound like when he has ten teeth!
