Yesterday we enjoyed a Sunday at our sending church. It was nice to be in familiar territory again and to catch up on what is going on. It was refreshing to worship together with friends.
This coming Sunday we will be in central Ohio presenting at the church of some college friends. The pastor was one of Jason's friends and he was the best man in our wedding. The wife was my roommate for 3 semesters. We both had a group of teens at the same camp four years ago, but haven't seen each other since then. Since then we've both moved to a different state and had two more children.
We look forward to visiting with them this weekend and seeing the church plant they've been working so hard to establish the last 3-4 years. Please pray for safe travels and a beneficial time for the church and our family.
