From the Mouth of....

...Peyton.

Jason broke out a new game he picked up somewhere (probably Salvation Army - we should own stock in it). It's called Splat and basically you try to get your Play Dough bugs to the cookie box before your competitors squish you with a plastic foot. Gavin had the choice of moving his bug or squishing another player. Of course he chose Peyton. Peyton began crying and was very upset. We were trying to console him (not sure why we were so bent on that) and Great Nana tried the following strategy. When she later got squished, she started to pretend cry. Peyton looked at her but didn't say anything. Later she said something about not crying over games. Peyton's response? "Well you did."

---------------------

After the game was over, Great Nana said, "If you cry over games no one will want to play with you."

Peyton's reply? "Then I'll play by myself."

---------------------

Today as they were getting ready to leave he asked, "Are you leaving?" When she told him yes he asked, "Is it past your bedtime?" It was only ten o'clock!
