Misidentified

I have two new stories about Peyton to share.

First, I bought some mozarella cheese sticks last week. I don't think I've bought them since having children because Gavin is allergic to dairy and they are a little expensive for my liking, but nice for Jason's lunch and our travels. For some reason Peyton calls them light sticks - like the kind you snap in half at fireworks and that glow various colors. I've tried correcting him, but to no avail.

Second, yesterday as I was moving laundry from the washer to the dryer, Peyton started saying, "Bumbos, Mommy! Bumbos!" I turned around to see him holding a liquid suppository like one we had to use on our very constipated baby last week (that's a whole 'nother story!). I figured out he thought they were "bubbles" but for some reason was calling them "bumbos". I had to explain that they are not bubbles. Yuck!

Leave it to Peyton to give us another thing to chuckle about!
