We had a wonderful ultrasound with a nice technician. I think she enjoyed looking at the baby as much as we did! She gave us six pictures - the most we've ever gotten from an ultrasound. She even gave us a picture of the gender (and no, I did not ask for that!). What in the world will I do with that? She confirmed that the other technician was correct, it is definitely a boy. All the measurements, etc. were normal, including the measurement of my cervix. That was a relief for me. It is nice to know that at least as of that point everything was still fine and it also gives the doctor something to compare future measurements to.
The baby is moving around more and more. He definitely has awake and sleep times. It is comforting to feel his little moves each day. I am starting to show more and more - there is certainly no doubt now that I look pregnant, though some of my tops are still a little big.

Congrats on the boy news! I know, isn't it slightly weird to get a picture of your little man's machinery? Our ultrasound tech pointed it out with an arrow on the picture. Great.
