Yesterday morning we went back to the dr.'s office to get the final news about the x-ray and to see what improvement Gavin's lungs had made over the weekend.
His oxygen was at 95 and the n.p. could still hear wheezing when she listened with the stethoscope. She told me she had expected there to be more improvement with the three medicines he had been on for three days. The x-ray was normal, thankfully.
We are continuing as before with the medicines and will make a return visit to the office Thursday morning. That was not something I was hoping to do while my parents are visiting, but that's the way it goes. Maybe I can snag my mom to go along with me and Dad can babysit Peyton. That would be a good bonding experience as long as Peyton doesn't have a poopy diaper!
We head to the allergist next week where hopefully Dr. L--- can give us some more information and maybe we can discuss various medication options. I am hoping Gavin only needs to take medicine as needed, but we'll see what happens.

Hopefully, you will find out something conclusive SOON! I know it must be hard knowing something is wrong with one of your babies, but not knowing what or what to do about it! Praying for you guys!
I'm praying for you all, too! Thanks for keeping us posted...love ya!
I know we've already talked about this, but I thought I'd just let you know that I'm continuing to pray for you ~ for peace, comfort and wisdom.
Thinking of you,
Rebecca
