"Free" Money
We got a nice surprise in the mail yesterday. Our insurance company, State Farm, sent us two letters yesterday. They wrote that they had an exceptional year and had less claims than other years, so we got part of our premium back! Between our two vehicles we got $45. We'll take it. And here's to hoping they have another good year next year. We'll try to do our part and avoid getting into a car accident.

I got the same little blessing a couple of weeks ago. It was nice, but just about the exact same amount that my insurance went up this year (with no claims). They told me my premium went up b/c the price of Toyota replacement parts went up. I was just glad to get the moola back! :-)
Hey, this seems to be happening to everyone, huh? Nathan and I just got a check from our company, too (geico) and about the same amount. We got it right before our anniversary, so it paid for our dinner out! :)
