A sudden outburst from P brought great joy to my heart this past week. We were watching "Shaun the Sheep" which is a cute kid and adult friendly show about a dog, sheep, and a farmer with no talking. Sounds boring, I know. But it isn't. It's actually quite hilarious at times.
During one scene, Peyton quickly bounced up, pointed, and shouted, "Pozri!"
He said "look" in Slovak.
He wasn't consciously thinking about what he was saying, it just came out. It encouraged me to know that he is learning and some things are even becoming a natural response for him. I still don't think he even realized that he did it.
Maybe we all have words buried somewhere deep inside just waiting to come out!
