Guess What?

I started a little game with D, but I didn't tell him. I started saying, "Guess what?" When he would reply, "What?", I would say, "I love you."

I wanted to see how long it would take before he would catch on to what I was doing. It did take a little while, but I don't know exactly how long. One day it clicked and he quickly answered, "I love you!"

The funny thing is that he catches me saying, "Guess what?" at other times and says, "I love you!" when I'm thinking something completely different!

So now the game goes both directions with he and I both saying it at different times. I'll enjoy it while it lasts.
