I received a phishing e-mail this morning on the account I use for ebay. I thought it seemed odd since I haven't sold anything on my account in nearly a year and it said that I didn't send an item they had paid for. Unfortunately I did click on a link on it that looked like ebay and signed in to my account. I may have inadvertantly given them my ebay password by doing this. I changed my password as soon as I got the confirmation from ebay that it was indeed a phishing e-mail.
If you happen to get a suspicious e-mail, you can forward it to spoof @ ebay .com (take out spaces). They will look into it for you.

That happened to Tim a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out so great for us even though in the end we were cleared. It is scary what people will do on the computer. :(
