Okay, I know some (if not all) of my readers like to get a good deal and are familiar with various programs to save money, get coupons, etc.
I thought I'd list a couple I have found and am hoping you might share some that have been beneficial to your family.
I signed up for freeflys.com. So far it seems you just click on free samples that you want, fill out their information page, then wait for the sample to arrive in 6-8 wks. I filled out quite a few tonight and a couple a week or so ago, so we'll see what happens! I've decided that even one free sample of laundry detergent or one free granola bar helps cut costs! One offer is an Aquafresh coupon you print at home - it is good for $1.25 off which can be used to either purchase a trial size for free or to put towards a regular sized toothpaste.
I signed up for several others that I think are just ways to get you to sign up for credit cards or to spend money on certain web sites. Of course you don't know that until after you've signed up! I might be proved wrong, but I doubt it. Thank goodness I have a "junk" e-mail address I use for web site dealings such as this. The ones I signed up for are mypoints, paidsamples, memolink, and vindale. If I do find something beneficial to them I'll let you know, but at this point, don't bother.
P&G has a site called vocalpoints. Apparently they send you a package once a month with free samples, then ask you to go online to rate them. This seems a little more promising since it is coming from the company itself. Since they have lots of products that are used around the house I am looking forward to seeing what they send.
Thanks to Steph I'm now familiar with moneysavingmom.com. I haven't gotten the chance to take advantage of any of the CVS and/or Walgreens offers due to only having one vehicle and the distance to these places, but I'm hoping at some point I might be able to find a place in the schedule for it. If you have one or both of these places close by it is definitely worth your while.
Any other ideas? Has anyone ever tried one of those mystery shopper jobs? How do you use the Internet to save your family money?

I do MySurvey and Vocal Point and have had good results from both of these companies.
I used to do more surveys (cashcrate, mypoints, inbox dollars, etc) and sign up for a ton of samples, but I finally narrowed it down to just a few websites that I visit. I felt I was spending way too much time online for minimal benefits (for example, inbox dollars had a minimum $30 payout, but their emails usually generated less than $.10... that's a lot of emails!)
Plus, I was tired of weeding through all that junk mail (though I have a junk mail account, too) to find the surveys that I actually wanted to do or was qualified for.
I do love moneysavingmom, though! Oh, and I recently discovered a Target deals blog. (I don't remember the url right now, so just go to my blogroll and you'll see it). :o)
