My husband is mourning the playoff loss of his favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles. Although we did not get to see the game (due to the date night I just shared), we heard they should have won. Somehow that doesn't help.
So now we're rooting for the Bears, well, because that's the only remaining playoff team we have the slightest interest in. We certainly can't cheer for New Orleans after they stole away the Eagles' chance at the Super Bowl. And who else is playing anyway? (I really should Google that.) The Sears Tower has blue and orange lights on top and when in Rome do as the Romans do.
On Sunday morning, I'll dutifully dress Gavin in his orange dress shirt and perhaps put Peyton in complementary navy blue. Our new team loyalty will be complete.

Hello!! You should be rooting for the Colts! I know that geographically the Bears are closer, but your dear friend (ME!) is a Colts fan! Besides, blue and white is a much better compliment to your boys' complexions :-)
