The first day of school each of the first year students were given a little gift bag. Inside was a pen, a little Slovak story book, and a t-shirt. The shirt signified if the student was in the A, B, or C class (not levels, just divisions). P received a cute yellow t-shirt with Theodore the chipmunk, proudly sporting a "C" on his shirt. It may well be a copyright infringement of some kind, but it was a cute idea.
Today he is proudly wearing the short-sleeved shirt on a cold, cloudy day. As we were talking about how nice it is, he told me, "It's really cool."
"Not like, 'That is really cool.' It's because it doesn't make me warm."
And why are we wearing it on a 50 degree day? Because it's cool!
