Peyton's AWANA teacher told Jason that Peyton is often the one who remembers the answers to questions from the week, or even two weeks, before. (This is also the child who memorizes his own verse and often knows quite a bit of Gavin's.)
So to show me this ability, Jason began asking Peyton about a beaver and what type of tail he has. They had been talking about different animals as they covered creation. He then asked about what the beaver does with his tail. The answer to this next question gave us a good laugh.
Jason - "Why does the beaver slap his tail on the water?"
Peyton - "He says, 'Watch out! God is coming!'"
