Well, I made another trip to CVS last week and again last night and got some more free items. I think I could really get into this! After telling my mom what I've been getting I think I may have her tempted to try it out. I paid out a little over $11 in the two trips, but got $11.79 in ECB and a rain check for a free men's body wash.
I am now on the hunt for more coupons. Right now we only get what comes in the mail during the week. My mom has given me some of the ones she gets in the mail as well, but if she starts doing this that supply will be gone. I'm tempted to get the paper, but I'm afraid I won't get a good enough deal to make it worthwhile. I'm sure there are people who get them and toss them out. Now to find out who they are!
A Walgreens is going in right across the street from CVS. They should be open in the next couple weeks. I'm hoping the competition will be good for me! Plus having them so close will make it easier to shop at both of them.
I don't think we'll necessarily use everything we get, but I'm hoping to encourage our church to start a missionary closet. If several ladies put some time into doing this, we would be able to get a good stock pile. My mom said their closet supply is getting low, so I'm hoping this might help them as well.
