Tagged!

Thanks to Mary Ann, I've been tagged! My task is to come up with 8 weird/interesting things about myself. I would like to think there aren't eight weird things, but I suppose even interesting things can be weird once in a while!

1. I was born with red hair. It fell out when I was an infant and came back in blonde.

2. I dislike my middle name. It's not that it's a bad name (it's Kristin), it's just that I knew a couple over-weight Kristins as a child and it turned me off to my name. Jason wants me to pass it down to a daughter (if we ever have one) and I'm a little resistant to the idea.

3. I'm a night owl and always have been. Getting up early in the morning is certainly not my cup of tea. Being a teacher required early mornings though, so I had to learn how to get to bed earlier. Now that I'm a SAHM, I'm back to late nights (it's 11:30 now!).

4. I enjoy eating peanut butter and banana sandwiches. Throw some bread in the toaster, spread some creamy peanut butter on it, slice a banana lengthwise, and lay the slices on the peanut butter. It's a great snack - and Elvis liked it too!

5. I've been in 15 foreign countries.

6. If I could afford it, I would get a tummy tuck when we are done having children.

7. Northlandites will appreciate this one - I climbed up onto the Founder's Center roof one night with some other girls. We thought we were so clever, especially since we didn't get caught!

8. Okay, this one should probably go under the weird category. Lord willing, we would like to have a third child. (No, that's not the weird part!). My due dates with both boys were on the 13th. Both were born in the same numerical month as the year (03/03 and 05/05). AND, both boys weighed the same number as their birth date. Gavin was born on the 7th and weighed 7.7. Peyton was born on the 8th and weighed 8.0. I wasn't ready to be pregnant in time for a baby to be born in 07/07, so I've messed up the numbers! And of course I probably won't be able to draw all those similarities with three children. Why that bothers me is even beyond me. Strange, I know.

I don't have eight people to tag! I tag Rebecca, Jessica, and Arlene. If there are any other blogging lurkers, you're tagged too!

I love P.B. & Banana sandwiches also, but it's funny how we make them differently. I cut mine different and don't toast my bread. ;P

I think every person should have one great college memory like the one you shared (I know I have mine) although, can I say I am completely SHOCKED that you climbed on top of a building!!! WOW!! You have a whole new level of respect from me now! :P
