Bratislava


This statue is an example of the Slovak people essentially making fun of themselves. This man is supposedly hard at work. Many former communist countries still struggle in the area of customer service. Under communism it didn't matter how hard a person worked - everyone was treated (and paid) the same.

A fitting visual for "Laying down on the job." It looks like such a pretty city. I wonder what it's like to be surrounded by things that are so old?
