Just What I Needed!
As you all know, I am feverishly working on Peyton's scrapbook. It is coming along nicely and I only have four pages left to be done through December (not including Christmas, though). Hopefully Snapfish pulls through for me and I get the prints I ordered on Monday. Anyway, I headed to Hobby Lobby to find some embellishments and/or paper for Christmas and Easter. Lo and behold, they had lots of embellishments on clearance (a/b 40% off) and all their scrapbook paper and scrapbooks were half off! It's a good thing I had a couple gift cards because I still ended up spending $20. I couldn't find anything on sale for Easter, but I did get lots of fun things to add to other pages, as well as some great Christmas papers. I can't wait to do the Christmas section now! Usually I buy my paper on clearance or use the paper Jason got in a pack last year. It was so nice to buy coordinated paper that works together.
For anyone who has a Hobby Lobby nearby, I would head there to take a look at their sales and clearance. BTW, Jessica, they had some Sizzix on clearance too. Don't you have one of those machines? I must admit I'm jealous. If I could splurge that is probably one of the things I would buy. Except then I would need to keep buying dies.
Is that how it is spelled? It looks really wrong at 10:50 at night!
I'll let you know how far I get next week! Rebecca will get to critique it at the party next Saturday.
