For nearly two weeks I have not checked my e-mail or been on my blogger account. The really surprising news - I didn't have much to catch up on anyway!
Jason flew home from Philly Wednesday morning. After I dropped him off at the train station, I headed back to his grandparents' home to pick up the boys, who had thankfully stayed sleeping while we were gone. After eating breakfast and chatting with Grandmom, we headed across the state to my parents' home. We've been here since then, but are planning to head home tomorrow morning (Sunday). I'm hoping to head out early enough to possibly make it home in time for the evening service, but we'll have to see about that.
We had an enjoyable Christmas/New Year's with family, though Jason, Peyton, and I were all sick. They had the flu, while I've been fighting a sinus cold for over a week now. It's really been sucking the energy out of me, so I hope I do okay tomorrow for the nine hour trip. Mom's been getting up with the boys, so I've been able to sleep in the last few mornings and I got a nap yesterday. Once I get home I know things will be crazy, so I hope my body conquers this soon!
I will try to post pictures and update more when I get home and have a fast connection again!
