Will you be having Bible time in your school day, as well? I've been paying attention to what my K-5ers are learning for verse memorization, so that when our child(ren) is(are) older I can have a good idea of what they can memorize. Just wondering how it works with a 3 year old :) You're the expert, you know, since your kids are older than all of ours :P
